He was predeceased by: his parents, William Horace Jenkins and Florence Edna Jenkins; his wife Rosa Stepp Jenkins; his stepson James Stepp (Spud); and his siblings, Kenneth James Jenkins, Julius Charles Jenkins, Junior Jenkins, Genevieve Cable and Lenore Jenkins.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Patricia S. Lewis (Randy), Ann S. Bradshaw (Johnnie) and Starr Stepp. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, 8 nieces and 3 nephews.
