He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lindsay and Pearl Lindsay; and his former wife Katie Lindsay. He is survived by: his wife Naomi C. Caldwell-Lindsay; his children, Phyllis Davis (Roger), Dottie Cobb (Don), Carol Wells, Beth Huffman (Mark) and Phil Lindsay, Jr. (Jeanine); his stepdaughter Cindy Caldwell; and his sister-in-law Sallie C. Howell (Jim). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
