It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Nancy Martin (Gastonia, North Carolina), born in Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on April 11, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Deley Plunkett Nail; her husbands, James Doc Lawrence and Lynn Martin; and her siblings, Leonard Nail, Edgar Nail, Lillie Holcomb, Selma Williamson and Verlie Raspberry.
She is survived by: her children, David Lawrence, Cathy Ammons (Randy), Patricia Furr (Joe) and Annette Vontobel (Tony). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
