He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Smith and Ruth Smith; and his wife Kelly Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Kristin Evans (Cameron); his sisters, Sandi Smith and Judy Jenkins (Roger); and his grandchildren, Leighton Evans and Barrett.
