He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Frank Stout and Etta Mai Hand Stout; and his wife Betsy Ann Gateley Stout. He is survived by: his son Stephen Gateley Stout; his daughter-in-law Shannon; his grandchildren, Morgan Snegon (Joe), Sam Stout (Lindsay), Andrew Foor, Jr. (Madison), William Foor and Elizabeth Foor; his great grandchildren, Grant Snegon, Madeline Snegon, Anna Hope Snegon and Gwyn Stella Stout; and his nephew Brian Buttrey (Cindy).
