We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 93, Gilman Eli Hutchins (Gastonia, North Carolina), born in Spindale, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jefferson Hutchins and Gerdie Hoyle Hutchins; his wife Patricia Ann Hutchins; and his stepmother Lossie Barnes Hutchins. He is survived by: his sons, Ken (Lisa Hutchins) and Brian (Kris Hutchins); and his grandchildren, Amanda Lyons (Kevin Hutchins), Emily Hutchins (Corey Hutchins) and Jordan Hutchins (Keely Hutchins). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
The Hutchins family has requested in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Woodlawn Baptist Church, 1101 N. Main Street, Lowell, NC 28098.
