He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Lee Ramsey and Sarah Lucille Ramsey; and his brother Robert "Butch" Ramsey. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Black; his children, Gerald Ramsey Jr., Terry Ramsey and Darinda Tanner; and his grandchildren, Terry Ramsey Jr. (Alleyna), Gerald Ramsey, Brooke Ramsey, Ricky Dale Tanner III, Casey Ramsey, Harley Tanner and Kaleb Tanner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
