It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Cecil Anderson of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Ranlo, North Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Anderson and Irene Anderson; and his siblings, Barbara Webb and F. Calvin Anderson. He is survived by: his friend Cecil; his wife Linda Anderson; his children, Ryan Anderson of Gastonia, NC and Kim Anderson of Nashville, TN; his nieces, Jennifer Webb and Heather Webb of Cramerton, NC.; his mother-in-law Ruby Lineberger of Bessemer City; his brother-in-law Scott Lineberger of Bessemer City; his sister Anne; and his brother-in-law Eddie Mathis of Forest City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many extended family.
