He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Medlock Bolin (John) and Deborah Medlock; his grandchildren, Heather Smith, Brittany Pace, Brandon Bolin, Matthew and Jonathan Medlock; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Severance and Madison Watterson.
