It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle Lynn Johnson (Gastonia, North Carolina), who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frank Wayne; and her brother Frank Hayes. She is survived by: her siblings, Melinda Burnett and David Hayes (Tammie); and her nieces and nephews, Jeff Pack, Chris Hayes, Daniel Campbell, Haley Marie, Keith Dawkins and Tiffany Morgan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
