She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Flay and Daphne Pauline Hamrick of McAdenville, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Glenn H. Caldwell, Jr.; her children, Karen Lamphier of Charlotte, Steve Caldwell of Gastonia, Rodney Caldwell (Tina) of Huntersville and Jenna Hannahs (Brian) of Surprise, AZ.; her grandchildren, Jessie Lin, Brittany Dellinger, Devin, Taylor Lamphier, Jordan, Landon and Noah Caldwell; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Eli, Maliya Lamphier and Penelope Dellinger.
