He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foster and Ruby Falls Foster. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Hannah Foster; his daughters, Shan Schultz (Justin) and Lori Watson (Kyle); his grandchildren, Lanie, Maddie Schultz and Elijah Watson; his brother Dick; his sister-in-law Shauna Hannah; and his sister Patsy Simmons (Eddie). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sandy Plains Baptist Church Family Life Center renovations.
