He was predeceased by: his parents, James Butler and Julie Butler; his wife Anne Butler; and his brother Robert Butler. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Butler (Tammy), Kelly Butler-Lligui and Colleen Bledsoe (Daniel); his siblings, James Butler (Carol) and Cheryl Butler; his grandchildren, Matt Lligui, Patrick Lligui, Christopher Garay, Abagail Butler, Erinne Butler, Eustacia Smith, Amber Penland and Thomas Brooks; and his great grandchildren, Liliana and Ezra.
