He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowry S. Fox Sr. and Avis Smith Fox. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Fox; his daughters, Lori Vail (Bob), Rebecca Backus (Aaron) and Leigh Ann Mantecon (Lito); his grandchildren, Ellie Vail, Wes Vail, Will Backus, Lindy Sell, Henry Backus, Lito Mantecon II and Tristan Mantecon; his brother Lowry Fox Jr.; and his cousin Rod Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
