It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Faye McSwain Hall (Gastonia, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton McSwain and Ocie Bell Poole McSwain; and her siblings, Margaret Hedspeth, Helen Milsap, Ruth Davidson, Gertrude, Midlred McSwain, Bill and Roy McSwain.
She is survived by: her husband John W. Hall; her children, David M. Hall (Tasha) of Virginia Beach, VA and Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Hall of Gastonia; her brothers, Ray McSwain of Shelby and Johnny McSwain (Andrea) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Emily Hall, Josh Titkemeyer, Molly Davis (Andrew) and Megan Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Peters and Chandler Davis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Victory Baptist Church, 1101 Lynhaven Drive, Gastonia, NC 28052.
