He was predeceased by: his father Mack Alvin; and his siblings, Paul Bradley, Lawrence Bradley, Mary Ellis, Audrey Falconer and Helen Austin.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Hale (Tony), Christy Wellons (Bobby), Jimmy Bradley (Kim) and Randy Bradley (Pam); his sisters, Gail Bell and Avis Huffstickler; and his grandchildren, Jessica Parrish, Stephanie Love, Lauren Robinson, Tyler Wellons, Megan Teague and Jeremy Howell. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
