It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ethel Gilreath Coleman of Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Gilreath and Walter Gilreath (Kenneth Ray Coleman); her granddaughter Susan Elizabeth Coleman French; and her siblings, David Gilreath, Ann Watkins and Betty Gilreath.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Ray Coleman; her son William B. Coleman (Amy Coleman); her grandsons, William Coleman Jr. (Loretta Coleman) and Neil Coleman; her great grandchildren, Amber Coleman, Callista Bailey (Joshua Bailey), Annaliese French, Aiden Coleman, Gillian French, Titus Coleman and Zechariah Coleman; her siblings, Elaine Johnson and W. B. Gilreath; and her grandson-in-law Allan French.
