He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ballenger and Margaret Ballenger. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ballenger (Dot); his children, Todd Ballenger (Laura), Jill Ballenger and Angie Bloomfield; and his grandchildren, Will Ballenger, Olivia Bloomfield and Catherine Ballenger.
