He is survived by: his brothers, Bob, Boyce, Will, Charles, John and Calvin; his wife Shirley Brackett (Cabe); his son George K. Brackett (Mary Q. Brackett) of Gastonia; his son-in-law Robert Causey of Stanley; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Causey, Johnny Clark (Emily) and Niki Clark. He is also survived by his family and friends.
