We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Earl Jennings Phillips of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Saint Pauls, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Joy Litton (Robert) and Jodie O'Brien (Timothy); his stepson Jason Phillips (Lisa); and his sister Ann Herndon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Donations, in his honor, can be made to the Robin Johnson Hospice House of Gaston County or to Myers Memorial Methodist Church of Gastonia, NC.

“Diane and family. Sorry to hear of Earl’s passing. We first met at North Carolina State College in 1957. Recommended to Burlington Industries in Cramerton that they hire Earl and they did in 1961. We both worked there and then went our separate ways and in 1982 I joined Pharr Yarns. Earl was already working there so we had gone full circle. May the LORD be with you and comfort the family. May HIS FACE shine upon you and give you PEACE 🙏”
