It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dwight Luther Ballard of Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace W. Ballard and Ethel Burke Ballard. He is survived by: his spouse Billie Laws; his children, Tim Ballard (Myra Walters Ballard) and Leanne Ballard Stowe (Jeff); his grandchildren, Madison, Blake Ballard and Bennett Stowe; and his sister Helen Ballard Turner of Wilkesboro, NC..
