She is survived by: her children, Charles Zachary Gray, Krystal Gray Foy (Aaron) of Lake Charles, LA, Richard Vardry, McPhail, III (Wimberly) of Atlanta, GA, Kirk McClure Hamilton of Gastonia, NC, Elizabeth "Beth" Rawlings Hall (Richard) of Mooresville, NC and Crystal Gayle McPhail (Sebastian Schaefer) of Hampton, VA; her grandchildren, Walker, Phillip and Hampton McPhail; her children, Scotty, Willie Foy, Anne Rawlings, Nate Hamilton, Laney and Will Hall; her sister Diane (Nick Locke) of Lake Wylie, SC; her sisters-in-law, Martha Elaine McPhail of Weaverville, NC and Elizabeth "Liz" McPhail Hyde (Marcus) of Gastonia, NC; and her uncle John Alvin Young of Gaston Co. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
