He is survived by: his children, Donald Andrew Buckner, Jr. (Patricia) of Gastonia and Paige Buckner Ranson (Skipp Ranson) of Charlotte, NC.; his brother Ned Buckner (Joy) of Gastonia; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Andrew, Joseph Buckner and Buck Ranson.
