She is survived by: her husband Tommy Gene Thompson; her sons, Nelson Thompson (Tracy) and Marc Thompson (Jeanne) of Gastonia; her grandchildren, Samantha Thompson of Tennessee, Cole Thompson of Lake Wylie, Spencer Thompson of Spartanburg and Jacob Thompson of Gastonia; her sister Virginia Honeycutt; her brother-in-law Clyde Honeycutt of Landis; her niece Sonya Honeycutt Kiser; and her nephew Darren Honeycutt of Salisbury.
