She is survived by: her children, Amanda Hickler Jacobs (Michael), Jason John Hickler (Moriah), Stacy Lynn Hickler (Bryan Ratchford) and Joshua Davis Hickler (Amy); her boyfriend David Dillworth; her boyfriend's daughter Sara of Charlotte, NC; her brothers, Taylor Lee Allen of Minneapolis, MN and Todd Curtis Allen (Melanie); her grandchildren, Vanessa, Dylan, Riley, Madison, Parker, Isaiah, Jadon, Kristopher, Austin and Anniston; and her nieces and nephews, April, Anthony Ashley, Jackson and Brantley.
