It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Roy Pickelsimer (Gastonia, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father David Harley Pickelsimer; his stepfather Ronnie Lee Isley; and his nephew James Harley Allman. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Faye Murray Isley of Gastonia; his children, Madison Pickelsimer of New York, Kayln Quinn of Kings Mountain and Dawson Smith of Charlotte; his siblings, Linda Allman of Gastonia and Richard Pickelsimer (Dana); and his granddaughter Olivia "Lulu" Underwood.
