He was predeceased by: his father Norman Eugene Webb; and his brother Norman "Michael" Webb. He is survived by: his mother Elmyra Price Webb; his wife Charlene Conner Webb; and his children, Christopher Webb, David L. Conner (Jennifer), Crystal Webb Margison (Luke), Brandi Webb Cook and Clara “Cee Jay” Conner (Shawn Snowberger). He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
