He is survived by: his wife Hazel Nance Ford; his sons, David, Jr. (Cathy) and Gary (Becky); his grandchildren, Daniel, Corey (Paige), Holly Morrill (Corey), Whitney and Kelly; his great grandchild Lawson; and his brother Robert Ford (Pearl).
