He was predeceased by: his father David Coleman Colvin, Sr.; and his sister Anne Colvin Winters. He is survived by: his mother Fannie Sue Falls Colvin; his fiancé Lynn Rauschenberger Yates; his daughters, Madeline Beam (Chance) and Susan Colvin; his sister Donna Lockett (Roy); his aunts, Martha Wilson (Trent) and Mary Madeline Wilson; his niece Elizabeth Anne Russell (Drew); and his nephew Charles Winters II (Jenna). He is also survived by four great nieces and a great nephew.
