He is survived by: his wife Shirley Oakley Bivins; his siblings, Kenneth Bivins, Darrell Bivins and Joan Bivins Smith; his children, Angela Biggers (John Biggers, III), Byron Auten (Nicole Auten) and Alisha Auten-Harrison (David Harrison); his grandchildren, John Biggers, IV, Lydia Biggers Deal, Alex Auten, Isaiah Auten, Drake Auten, Piper Black and Kira Black; and his siblings, Glenn Bivins, Tommy Bivins, Randy Bivins and Pat Sanford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
