He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayborne Leroy Bloomer, Sr. and Lillie Mae Justice Bloomer; and his sister Patsy Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rabb Bloomer; his children, Clayborne Leroy Bloomer, III, John Walter Bloomer (Amanda), Shannon Bloomer Brooks (David), Stacie Bloomer Helms (Joe), Timothy Shane Bloomer (Monica) and Matthew Thomas Bloomer; and his sister Linda Rector. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
