With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chrystene Bullington (Gastonia, North Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Harley G. Shults, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Lankford Shults; her husband James; her son Eddie; her brother Harley Shults, Jr. (Chrystene); her daughters, Jeppie Bullington and Paula Sain (Dale); her children-in-law, Rusty Hager and Myra Bullington; her grandchildren, Benjamin Sain, Jesse Sain and Brooke Wilson (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Nathan, Evan and Nora Kate Wilson; her brother David Shults (Nina); and her caregivers, Sara Carpenter, Charlotte Cook, Tammy Dale, Lynda Hamilton, Leslie Rudisill and Terry Swayney.
