She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lynn Church and Ann Lee Church; and her daughter Amanda Church. She is survived by: her husband Steven Gaddis; her siblings, Becky Sharpe (Junior) and Keith Church (Rhonda); her son Christopher Shoemaker (Raquel); her stepdaughters, Stephanie Carpenter (Jason), Megan Gaddis and Monica Gaddis; her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Alexis, Carly, Raven, Kaylee, Emma-Kate, Eva, Elijah, Evan and Luna; and her friend Brenda Isley. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
