With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Sue McManus of Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Curtis Soles and Margaret Williamson Parker; her husband Michael Vaughn McManus; her children, Christina Ann McManus and Jason Lee McManus; her siblings, Willa Calhoun, Cynthia Parrish and John Leonard Soles; and her pet Buddy Eugene Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Eugene McManus (Teresa) and Jeanie Robinson (Dustin); her siblings, Buddy McManus (Kim), Kathy Carlisle, Rita Melpass, Beverly Beard and Jeannie Lawson; her grandchildren, Ryan McManus, Matthew McManus, Holli McManus, Elysiana and Alyriana; her pets, Luna Mae Bell Robinson and Roscoe P. Coletrain Robinson; and her close friend Connie Hoffman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Services - South Chapel (1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service (1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052).
