He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Manzy Neal, Sr. and Hattie Mae Crawford Neal; and his sister Margaret Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Frances Pope Neal; his children, Charles W. Neal, Jr. of Rock Hill, SC, Ricky Dale Neal (Rhonda) of Fort Mill, SC, Patricia Diane Dent of Charlotte and Beverly Darlene Turner (Snap Turner) of Cleveland, GA; and his brother Stephen M. Neal, Jr.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
