He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Frank Pate and Sara Frances Mantooth Pate. He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Pate Lawhorn, Sara Elizabeth Pate and Kimberly Head Glass; and his grandchildren, Gavin Thomasson, Lyric Sellers, Paiten Falgout, Lilly Lawhorn and Alyssa Lawhorn.
The Pate family has requested in lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Pat may be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
