Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Eugene Ross (Gastonia, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 86, on July 7, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Edgar Ross and Elsie Rumfelt Ross; his wife Christine Sutton Ross; his children, Douglas Eugene Ross and Deborah Jean Ross; and his siblings, George Ross of Washington, Claude Edgar Ross, Stella Earnhardt, Mabel Allen, Margaret Beam, Louise Greene, Helen Harvell, Pauline Boheler, Nell Chambers and Ruth Sayers.

He is survived by: his son Ronald Keith; his daughter-in-law Debbie Ross; his grandchildren, Tyler (Ashley Ross) and Nickie (Ross Puckett); and his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Sadie, Christopher and Jeremiah.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, it is mandatory for masks to be worn and social distancing will be observed. His funeral service will be held privately on Saturday, July 11, 2020 in Founders Chapel of McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia.
