It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Walters of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lee Coffey and Katie Williams Coffey; and her brother-in-law David Scott. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Walters; her children, Jeff Walters (Angie) and Jennifer Stamey (Donnie); her sisters, Betty McMahan (Stanley) and Wanda Scott; and her grandson Garrett Walters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
