He is survived by: his sons, Eugene (Michella Phillips), Terry (Karen Phillips), Tim Phillips of Salisbury, NC and Ricky (Michelle Phillips); his grandchildren, Patricia Ann Phillips, Amanda Dawn Phillips, Amie Sue Phillips, Bobby Michael Phillips, Jr., Joshua Phillips, Jesse Welch, Jillian Phillips, Bobbie Phillips, Rosa Phillips and Josh Myers; and his sister Jane Cramer of Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
