He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Keith Howe and Monique Alma Barnes Nixon; and his sister Pamela Joy Howe. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Howe; his daughters, Mckenley Howe, Addie Howe and Brandi Proffitt (Tj); his grandson Liam Proffitt; his stepfather George Nixon; his brothers, Rick Howe (Elena) and David Howe (Lee Ann); his nieces and nephews, Holly Bryson (Jamie), Andy Pollard (Nicole), Michael Howe, Morgan Persgard-Howe, Colby Persgard-Howe, Kelsie Grant (Will) and Eduardo Nava; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayleigh Hand, Aaron Hand, Maylee Stroupe, Charlee Stroupe, Madelyn Howe and Courtney Pollard.
