He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Lutz (Bobby) and Sheila Johnson (Ronald); his brother Mike Perkins (Sandy); his grandchildren, Heather Johnson Koziel (Timothy), Bobby Johnson (Heather), Jessica Johnson Sargent (Dan), Brittany Lutz Eaker (Drew) and Zachary Lutz; and his great grandchildren, Ronald Holcomb, Timmy Koziel, Bella Johnson, Cameron Sargent, Nicholas Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Jackson Eaker and Tenley Eaker.
