He is survived by: his daughter Kelley Rae Wiggins; his siblings, William Wiggins, Pete Wiggins (Beth), Frances Wiggins and Anne Wiggins; his nieces and nephews, Eric Wiggins (Kenyetta), Casey Wiggins (Missy), Kamie Champion (Kevin) and Lindsay Caldwell (Chris); his great-nephews, Chandler Champion (Whitney) and Tyler Wrenn Wiggins; and his great-niece Gracyn Caldwell.
