He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe Mullis and Betty Lowery Hall; his wife Susan Lowery; his daughters, Kim Lowery and Bobbie Jean Strain; and his sisters, Nancy Hall and Martha.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Lowery, Danny Lowery, Joseph Lowery, Tammy Lowery, Jenny Burgan, Betty Lowery and Renee Lowery; his sister Rachel Hawkins Ruth Summey; and his grandchildren, Nicole Angeles, Brandon Burgan and Spank Lowery. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
