She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G. Talley and Elsie Kinley Talley. She is survived by: her husband James N. Wiggins of Gastonia; her children, Michael Joseph Wiggins of Charlotte and Susan Michelle Wiggins; and her siblings, Betty Talley Osborne of Gastonia, Elaine E. Talley of Gastonia and Edward G. Talley of Newton, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
