He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Norris and Mary Phillips Norris. He is survived by: his wife Betty Barker Norris (Gardner Webb); his children, Billy Michael Norris (Tamela), Linda Norris Revis (Ken) of Gastonia and Philip Anthony Norris of Rock Hill, SC; his grandchildren, Natasha Norris Zederbaum (Jeff) of Fort Mill, SC, Christian Micah Norris (Christina) of Greenville, SC, Constance Revis Ford (David) of Greenville, SC, Carmen Revis Mennear (Jacob) of Gastonia, Caitlyn Norris Rich (Ryan) of Rock Hill, SC, Barrett Owen Norris of Rock Hill, SC and Ella Rose Norris of Rock Hill, SC; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Zederbaum, Zayn Mennear, Rane Norris and Hazel Norris; his sisters, Evelyn Norris Dawalt and Sarah Ann Norris of Asheboro, NC; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and many cousins.

Due to restrictions of Covid-19, all services will be private.
