She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Marion Quinn and Etta Biggers Quinn; and her husband George "Pony" Patrick Allen. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Kyle Allen and Parrish Lee Allen of Gastonia; her granddaughters, Tara Allen of Gastonia and Amy Nicole Richard (Devin) of Stanley; and her great grandchild Peyton Maney of Gastonia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 1513 Florida Street, Gastonia, NC 28052.
