She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Green and Myrtle Green. She is survived by: her husband Randy Summitt; her children, Brent Summitt (Robin) and Misty Taylor (Greg); her sister Shirley Shingler; and her grandchildren, Makayla Taylor, Elijah Taylor and Chloe Hall.
