She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Bill Moore and Bertha Eve Stewart Moore; her granddaughter Amanda Howe; and her sisters, Anne Laurie Sprinkle, Kate Bradley and Miriam Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Kent Howe Sr. (Kathy), Kelly Ross Howe (Angela) and Stephanie Eve Bouras (Bill Reece); her sister Gretchen Sholar; and her husband Robert "Bob" Howe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
