He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Holt Sr. and Barbara Smith Holt; and his nephew Joshua Crisp. He is survived by: his stepson Wayne David Glines; his siblings, Pam Hardy, Jesse, Tommy Holt, Danny and Ralph Russell; his granddaughter Taylor Glines; and his close friend Linda Morton.
