He was predeceased by: his parents, James Waters and Mary Pressley Waters; his brothers, Thomas Howard Waters, Ulan Lee Waters, Richard Kerr Waters and Carl Demette Waters; and his brother-in-law Rick Dewayne Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Goude Waters; and his sisters, Phyllis Waters Grimes, Patricia Waters Russell (Robert) and Cheryl Waters Burton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
